We’re celebrating our first anniversary! And there’s more . . . June is Brain Awareness month.

Monday, June 12, 10:00 am – 12 noon

Joining our conversation is Chris Clark, our Hostess and Director of Education & Support Services at Insight Memory Care Center. We’ll learn the difference between normal aging and dementia, and challenge ourselves with some brain games to keep us sharp.

At our Ashburn café, we’ll share what we learned from Chris and try some brain games, too!

The Hampton Roads and Richmond Chapters of APDA are proud to inform you of an exciting event happening this fall! We’re hosting a Virginia Education Day in Williamsburg on Saturday October 7th with keynote speaker Alice Lazarrini, PhD. We’ll also have a Movement Disorder Neurologist Discussion Panel AND 9 breakout sessions following three different tracks.
